Harry Aldrich
A long-time resident and community leader driven by purpose, passion, and hands-on involvement in making Desert Horizons thrive.

Harry Aldrich has been a Desert Horizons resident for more than 12 years and has long been an active contributor to the community. He has served on both the Golf Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee, where he helped resolve the long standing pool issue through collaboration, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Harry also brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience, including 15 years of service and two terms as president of a nonprofit board focused on expanding educational opportunities for at risk youth. He believes strongly in teamwork, inclusivity, and clear goals. As a board member, Harry is committed to being visible, approachable, and engaged, listening to neighbors and helping guide Desert Horizons with integrity, fiscal responsibility, and care while preserving the community’s private and welcoming character.
Peter DeMaris
An experienced strategic and financial leader who brings vision, transparency, and proven board experience to help guide Desert Horizons forward.

Peter DeMaris brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in strategic planning, finance, and governance. He has managed large and complex budgets, guided diverse teams toward shared goals, and served on multiple boards. This experience gives him a strong understanding of how to responsibly lead and oversee organizations.

As a member of the Desert Horizons Strategic Planning Committee, Peter played a key role in developing and earning broad community support for the pool plan. He is committed to keeping Desert Horizons a private, boutique country club while continuing to improve communication, long term infrastructure planning, and the overall member experience. Peter believes the community is strongest when decisions are guided by transparency, collaboration, and steady progress.
Malcolm Wing
A seasoned financial professional committed to responsible planning, collaboration, and protecting the long-term strength of Desert Horizons.

Malcolm Wing brings a steady and thoughtful approach to leadership shaped by his experience as a Certified Financial Planner. Throughout his career, he helped individuals and small businesses balance priorities, plan responsibly, and make sound decisions with the future in mind. Those same skills, along with collaboration and careful listening, are what he hopes to bring to the Desert Horizons Board.

Malcolm and his wife are grateful to call Desert Horizons home and enjoy being active participants in the community. He believes strongly in building on the solid foundation created by prior boards and continuing to follow the community driven Strategic Plan already in place. Malcolm is committed to responsible financial stewardship, preserving the club’s private character, and making decisions that protect quality of life and property values through respect, transparency, and teamwork.
